How do I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.
We kindly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated. We value the trust you place in us, and we prioritize your health and safety above all. 💓

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT.
- IT SHOULD BE UNUSED, WITH ALL TOOL KIT ITEMS
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED PACKAGE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Please note that all of our press-on nails are entirely handmade. As a result, each set may have slight variations or minor imperfections that are inherent to the handmade process. These are not considered defects.
If you require absolute perfection or uniformity, we kindly advise you to consider this before placing an order.
Please also note that we are not responsible for any issues that occur after use, including but not limited to the detachment of rhinestones or decorative elements. Such instances are not considered product defects.
All purchases are final.
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
