👇 Choose your method below to see detailed steps.
How to Apply
Pull out the box, lift out the nail tray, Choose the press-on nails that fit your natural nails the best and take out all the tools and place everything in front of you.
Wash your hands and dry completely. Your natural nails should be free of any type of nail product.
Make sure to choose the right SIZE for your nails that aren't too large, or too small, as this might cause FEERIE nails to fall off pre-maturely!
Having FEERIE nails either too small or large for you means that water can get under your FEERIE nails, and interact with the glue underneath which might cause discolouration or pre-mature lifting.
Follow these steps for fabulous, long-lasting press-on nails!
How To Apply (Sticky Tabs)
- 1. Prep: Use a cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles. Lightly buff your nails to remove any oil and shine, then wipe them with an alcohol pad. Do not touch your nails with your fingertips AFTER you've wiped them with the alcohol pad, as that will add back the oils on your nails that you removed with the alcohol pad.
- 2. Apply: Select the right size sticky tab and attach it to your nail, pressing from the center outwards for better adhesion.
- 3. Press: Align the press-on nail with your cuticle and press down at a 45-degree angle. Ensure pressure is being applied to the entire nail. Hold for at least 25 seconds, the longer the better. Then, TADAAAA! All done!
- FEERIE TIP: To extend wear, avoid water contact for 3 hours after application (definitely make a bathroom trip first! ). Or you may apply your thumb and index finger last!
How to Remove (Sticky Tabs)
- Always remember NEVER force remove, it could cause very minor, fixable damage.
- 1. Soak : Soak your nails in warm water for at least 8-10 minutes or until the glue loosens.
- 2. Remove: Gently lift off the press-on nails using a wooden stick, and roll up any remaining sticky tab with the stick.
- 3. Store: Clean your press on nails with wet tissue or alcohol wipes to remove remaining sticky tab and store the nails in their container for more main-character moments in the future.
- FEERIE TIP: Adding soap or oil to the warm water can speed up the removal process.
How to Apply (Solid Nail Glue Gel)
- 1. Prep: Prep your natural nails by gently filing them, pushing back the cuticles, and wiping them with alcohol pads. Do not touch your nails with your fingertips AFTER you've wiped them with the alcohol pad, as that will add back the oils on your nails that you removed with the alcohol pad.
- 2. Apply: Take a pea-sized amount of the solid nail glue gel. Adjust the amount of gel by hand if needed.
- 3. Press: Press from the centre of the nail towards the nail bed to squeeze out any air bubbles
- 4. Wipe: Use the stick or your hand to wipe off any excess glue gel around the nail.
- 5. Seal: Cure the nail under a UV lamp for at least 60-120 seconds. Solid colors and heavy-duty styles may require a longer curing time.
- FEERIE TIP: It’s best to replace them every two weeks!
How to Remove (Solid Nail Glue Gel)
- Always remember NEVER force remove, it could cause very minor, fixable damage.
- 1. Spray: Apply a generous amount of diluted alcohol around the edges of the press-on nails, as the gel dissolves in alcohol. (We do sell remover for solid gel too!)
- 2. Remove: Use the stick to gently lift each nail.
- 3. Peel: Remove any gel residue from the press-on nails and clean it before you store them for future use!
- 4. Wipe: Wipe your natural nails clean and apply cuticle oil.
- FEERIE TIP: Using cuticle oil will help nourish your nails better!
- Remember to save your nails when you remove them, they are reusable! Regularly check if your nails are secure, and repair them promptly if they feel loose. * (You can always check out our tutorial videos available on our Instagram!)
